"Searching for Peace in the Middle East"
People of all convictions and degrees of knowledge are invited to view and then discuss this vivid and compassionate portrayal of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. "A superb presentation of the intricate relations . . . by people from both sides", says Jimmy Carter. Here Israelis and Palestinians reveal theirs fears and the issues that divide them, and also their hopes and a common yearning for peace. "Their combined proposals are clearly presented" and point the way toward a resolution that would meet the deepest needs of both societies. Carter believes that these proposals "comprise the only pathway to peace with justice in the holy land". And there is a crucial role for new American diplomatic leadership.
